Policies

We would love to be able to see all our school-age patients outside of school hours but it is almost impossible. During treatment, appointments are scheduled at four to six week intervals. Most appointments are made between 8:00-9:00 in the morning or after 3:30 in the afternoon. We reserve these times specifically for shorter appointments in order to minimize the time out of school and work. Longer appointments are scheduled between 9:00am and 3:00pm.

If you have a loose or broken appliance please let us know as soon as you can. This will allow us to schedule the additional time necessary to repair the braces. Broken appliances can delay treatment completion and we don’t want you to be disappointed with a delay of a beautiful smile.
